​All booth fees include:

1. Each exhibitor registration includes (1) registered representative. However, one (1) additional exhibitor (representative) may provide assistance for each registered exhibitor at no additional charge. For premium registration,  three representatives may register for a company.
    

2. Each exhibit will be provided one 6' skirted table, an ID sign, and two chairs.
    

3. Promotional incentives to encourage participation for each exhibitor will be announced throughout the conference.
    

4. Electricity usage is optional and must be requested during the registration process. Please note there may be limited outlets available, and usage may be constrained by the terms of the host hotel.
    

*Premium Registration

If you select premium registration and would like to present, you must submit an online proposal. However, although we will do our best to schedule a session, we cannot guarantee that space will be available.

     

All exhibits must be set up no later than 4:00 PM  on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, and disassembled no later than Friday, November 10,  2023, at 2:00 PM.
